1. Consultation Call
Together we will jump on a free 30 min Consultation Call to speak on your ideas, struggles and how we can best serve you here at the Luxe Art Tech Studio. After the call we will send over a custom Proposal & breakdown and recommendations based on your needs.
2. Booked & Busy!
Once your chosen the a Luxe Design! We will send over the Contract, Invoice and Timeline for your project to Reserve your start date.
3. Start Date
We will jump on a 1hour long zoom call to deep dive into the layers & details on your brand. Together we will Brainstorm, Find key components and Design your entire magical experience.
4. Design Work
Depending on the projects, Appointed members of our team will dive into designing and developing for your vision. Using touch points from our conversation, your inspiration and our Discovery call Brief.
5. Presentation
You will be scheduled once again for a final call and walk through of design.
Together we will gather feed back and allow you to see what your vision will look like in action.
6. Refinement & Additional Collateral
Based on your Project we and needs, we will work through potential revision, to make sure vision is perfection. Get you ready for your final file or project.
For Package and Web Based design, we will continue to work on portion of the project in preparation for your Big Finale.
7. Launch Day
It has arrived! Yasssss! The final reveal and launch of your vision to the world.
